Surreal new Architecture in Helsinki music video features edible body parts

Body architect Lucy McRae and spatial experimenter Rachel Wingfield have created 'The Biological Bakery' as part of a new music video.

The video, commissioned by Protein for Channel 4 Random Acts and Australian pop band Architecture in Helsinki, features a completely edible DIYbio fab lab that was created using familiar baking processes.

For the duration of the band's single Dream A Little Crazy, lead singer Cameron Bird can be seen creating edible body parts cloned from the band's members.

Lucy has described the video as "a candy-coloured scientific affair hinting at how synthetic biology and edible cloning will enter the home"
