Greenpeace hacks Disney's The Lion King

For a film (above) for Greenpeace's Dutch online magazine GPM, Studio Smack has made all of the animals disappear from The Lion King to draw attention to the threat to many species in Africa.

"[We hacked] into Disney's classic The Lion King, where we removed all animals from the movie's title sequence," says Studio Smack, Ton Meijdam, "leaving us with the beautiful yet oppressive backgrounds of the African savanna."
