Tonight's D&AD Awards saw five coveted Black Pencils being awarded for the best creative work in design.

The Trillion Dollar Flyer (below) printed ads for exiled newspaper The Zimbabwean onto money ranging in almost-worthless value from one to 20 billion Zimbabwean dollars, showing just how much hyperinflation has damaged the country.

Other winners included The Best Job in the World, a campaign that began as a classified ad and ended up on Oprah, and which won in two categories; and the High Line park built on an old elevated train system in New York. The only Black Pencil for a full-on commercial campaign was for Apple’s website.

42 Yellow Pencils were also awarded. Full details can be found on the D&AD Awards website.
