University offers Bristol-based workshops help design firms grow business

The University of the West of England in Bristol has launched a further series of workshops called Space Time Think to encourage creative businesses to grow despite tough economic conditions.

UWE is working in partnership with Emma Collins of Gallery Creative Business Consultancy to develop a series of dynamic, fun and useful workshops on topics such as building a brand, client relationships and presentation skills.

The series of workshops will start on the 20 January 2010 and run until the 11 March 2010. They are being held at UWE’s Bower Ashton campus. The usual cost for a one-day workshop is £145, but UWE says that this could be discounted by up to 50 per cent for those businesses or individuals that have been affected by the recession.
