Two versions of the D&AD Annual will be published over the coming months, containing the best creative work of the year. Members of the D&AD will receive their limited edition book from D&AD from September 22 and for the first time an edition will be published by Taschen that goes on general sale in early 2010.

The Annual showcases 748 entries selected by juries made up of the world’s leading experts in advertising & design. This year’s work comes from 38 countries and includes 54 Yellow Pencil and 4 Black Pencil winners.

The D&AD Annual 2009 Members’ edition (above) was designed in an unusual collaboration between design guru Peter Saville and graduate designer Luke Sanders. This book launches on Sep 22 at the London Design Festival.

The release of the annual through Taschen aims to promote the best creative work to the widest audience. Designed by Jeremy Leslie, the book will be published in hardback and will be translated into six languages and distributed worldwide.
