By now, everyone is sure to have seen hundreds of images of the conflict in Lebanon, both photographic and video. Sometimes, however, the more subjective images created by hand give us a better insight into how people feel about war, if not an objective report on what is actually going on.
Mazen Kerba is a Lebanese comic illustrator and composer and has been posting drawings about the war every day on a new blog
Many of the drawings are well outside the traditional comic style with Kerba's monochrome images taking on the look of woodcuts. Recommended.
