The C310’s speed is its biggest downfall. However, it packs in a lot of features (Wi-Fi, for example) for the reasonably modest price tag, and has a very capable scanner built in as well.
The 2170 isn’t without its faults, but it’s got a strong scanner (with great software), great choice of interfaces, and the generally versatile features set needed to make it a strong choice.
