Where did you train, and what did you specialise in?
Visual Communication at NCAD, Dublin, and Illustration at Falmouth University, Cornwall.
What techniques do you use most?
I draw, collect and collage first. Then I scan and assemble the artwork digitally. Working with my hands makes me happy, but I also enjoy the freedom and speed of digital editing, which allows me to work intuitively.
What kinds of materials do you work with?
Graphite, watercolour crayons, inks, found elements, blades, Spraymount and Photoshop.
What inspires you?
Being outdoors, music, old books, portraits, pattern, skeletons and scientific diagrams.
