Digital production company Bossa has created a 600-frame animated short film for Coca-Cola where each frame was captured on t-shirts worn by participants around the world.

Coke-regulars Psyop created an animation about two friends who try to make a pair of lips smile. Each frame was printed on individual T-shirts, which were shipped to fans who'd signed up to the campaign. When wearing the T-shirt, the fans logged onto a website that used some simple AR technology to ensure they were standing the right place, angle and depth from the screen so all of the frames line up.

The frames were then stitched together to create the film, which was combined with the narrative behind the campaign to create the film above.
