Design agency Dare is giving ten graduates a first step up into the interactive advertising industry with the launch of Dare School. The recruitment scheme will give the picked candidates a year's on-the-job training at Dare - whose clients include the AA, Barclays, the BBC, Sony-Ericsson and Unilever - along with a starting salary of £17,000 and a series of other benefits.
The company is looking for creatives from a wide range of disciplines, including designers, animators, illustrators, motion graphic artists, 3d artists, and coders.
