The House of Illustration will take part in Fortnum and Mason’s Charity Christmas Party in association with the Big Give on Thursday 2 December from 7pm.
"Join us for a magical night of entertainment, champagne and canapés across all five floors of London’s most quintessentially English store. Performances from top UK arts charities will take place throughout the evening, and Fortnum’s suppliers will be offering exclusive tastings and demonstrations," The House of Illustration notes. "The tills will also stay open to enable you to purchase your perfect Christmas gifts."
Tickets cost £50 and for every ticket you purchase, you will receive a £50 voucher to donate to the House of Illustration via www.theBigGive.org.uk.
The Quentin Blake original illustration 'The Big Give' is also up for auction via eBay.

The House of Illustration will be in the King’s Cross regeneration area once sufficient funds are raised.
"The House of Illustration will be the place to see past and present illustration, both British and international," the organisers insist.
"It will be the world’s first centre dedicated to the art of illustration in all its forms. Our aim is to put illustration centre stage and give it the attention it deserves, revealing the creative processes behind illustration and the way in which it impacts on our daily lives. We want to inspire young people to create illustrations for the world of tomorrow, generate excitement and spark imagination about illustration."
