Every year the Financial Times launches a seasonal appeal to raise awareness and money for global issues.
This year it has turned the focus on the very real and sadly topical subject of modern-day slavery.
To help highlight the issue the FT has published five real life stories by its interactive design and journalism teams, which tell the tales of those who have suffered from the terrible trade in human trafficking.
Her use of mixed media collage sets the atmosphere for a series of truly horrific scenarios, but her work also serves a worthwhile cause.
