Jean Jullien's wry take on British life will be showcased at London's Kemistry Gallery in a show called Allo? from Feb 7 to Mar 23. The French artist's work is seemlingly simple but presents an acutely observed view of social relationships in the face of encroaching dehumanising technology – but with laughs. Clever wordplay abounds, as do bold colours, with the end results making Jean one of our favourite young illustrators.
Jeans says that in his work "you’ll see some everyday observations that you can relate to and laugh at, as well as some sad but true stories that we all witness everyday.”
Up for sale at the show will be prints, posters, t-shirts and signed, numbers limited editions.
