Work from incredible artist Kristjana S Williams will be on display at The Exposure Gallery from Thursday, as part of her new Tvisker exhibition hosted by Outline Artists. In addition to Kristjana's creations, the gallery will also showcase a selection of limited edition prints from the likes of Mr Bingo, Hvass& Hannibal and Rob Bailey.
Running until 5 December, the exhibition features the latest artwork from Icelandic-born Central Saint Martins graduate Kristjana, who most recently produced a series of illustrations for underwear brand Triumph's AW13 campaign.
Included in the selection of art on display are 3D paper-cut butterfly pieces and limited edition prints of Kristjana's hand-crafted fantasy landscapes, which have been created using hundreds (and sometimes thousands) of layers of collage.
Kristjana says that her work, which is created using 18th century engravings, photographs, ephemera and sketches, is based on nature, forests and animals.
"Working with colours and with millions of little bits that have already been created gives things a new life," she explains. "What's important to me is to create something that you can look into, so you're not just going to look at it once, rather you're going to be able to look at different levels and see something new each time."
As well as work from Kristjana, visitors to the exhibition will be able to admire work from several other artists in illustration agency Outline Artists' roster, including Mr Bingo, Hvass&Hannibal, Rob Bailey, Andreas Neophytou, Ed Monaghan and Jessica Das.
