From the ashes of Airside Shop comes Airside Play, a new online shop and social space from the celebrated Islington based designers.

Founded in 1998 by Alex Maclean, Fred Deakin and Nat Hunter, Airside's unique approach has won many awards and admirers including recognition from D&AD, Bafta and Design Week.

The shop features Airside's brand new range of limited edition design products, including the brand new 2011 Airside Calendar, The Joy of Cycling screenprint and rather tasty Veg-à-Porter brooches.

Also available is To The Victor, The Spoils, the debut CD from Flashman – Fred Deakin's – of Lemon Jelly fame - new jazz-folk-techno collaboration with The Beta Band's Robin Jones.

The shop also features a collection of inspirational creative links from Airside's blog, Twitter and Flickr feeds. The new section also offers a unique opportunity to see Airside director Nat Hunter crocheting Hugo le Radis into something soft and cuddly. More "one-off art pieces and demented late-night weaving experiments" are promised.
