Casio intros cameras with YouTube capture
Casio has released two digital cameras that offer a video capture modes designed for video destined to be uploaded to YouTube. They also feature the Exilim Engine 2.0 image processing module.

Unity 2.0 adds terrain engine, better shadows
OTEE has announced Unity 2.0, a major upgrade to their Mac-based game and simulation creation engine. The new release is coming this summer and sports major improvements. Iomega adds USB 2.0 and eSATA drives
Iomega has introduced two new storage devices: the stylish eGo USB 2.0 Portable Hard Drive and the speedy eSATA/USB 2.0 Professional Hard Drive. The eGo Portable Hard Drive USB 2.0 (below) has an elegantly curved chassis with the choice of two colours – cherry-red or burnished gray – and chrome endcaps. The eGo Drive also packs a lot of storage capability – the 160GB 2.5-inch drive is USB-powered, and it comes with EMC Retrospect HD software for automatic backups, scheduled backups, or on-demand backups. Iomega says that the included DropGuard technology protects the drive from accidental damage caused by drops of up to 51 inches.

Primal screens on Funday night
Turner Classic Movies recently looked to Primal Screen to create an open for a new line-up called Funday Night at the Movies in an effort to turn kids and their families on to classic movies. Microsoft shows futuristic touch computer
After five years of keeping the project shrouded in secrecy, Microsoft Tuesday revealed its plans for Microsoft Surface, the first product in a category the company calls "surface computing." The technology, formerly code-named Milan, lets Microsoft turn a seemingly ordinary surface, such as a tabletop or a wall, into a computer. Introduced Tuesday at the D: All Things Digital conference in Carlsbad, California, Microsoft Surface is a "multitouch" tabletop computer that interacts with users through touch on multiple points on the screen.
