Corps training has started a new sister company to continue the production of the company's series of training DVDs for creation applications from the likes of Adobe and Apple.
Talented Pixie will deal purely with the screen-based production, adding many more to the DVD range and producing a series of programmes for Propeller TV (Sky 195) that will be shown from the beginning of December. It has been started and is managed by Corps director Juliet Ripley.
These tutorials have been created and recorded by Corps UK-based authorised trainers, which the company says enables the quality of the training the match that of their training centre.
The videos on the training DVDs are split into bite-sized chunks, and are aimed at people who are unable to attend the hands-on courses or would like to remind themselves on what was covered on their courses at Corps in a quick and easy fashion.
Applications covered in the tutorials include Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Motion, Flash and Acrobat.
A full list of current and forthcoming DVDs can be found on the Talented Pixie Web site.
