The Valuevision range of affordable monitors from Taxan has gained a baby brother. The 19-inch Valuevision 1910 TCO 99 sits alongside the range’s 21-inch founder – and costs £235 plus VAT.
The 1910 offers an FST (flatter squarer) tube with an 18-inch viewable image area and a 0.26mm dot pitch. Its maximum resolution is 1600-x-1200 at a bearable 75Hx, with the 1280-x-1024 recommended resolution looking after your eyesight at 88Hz. This is complimented by a horizontal scanning frequency of 30-95kHz. As the name suggests, it is compliant with the TCO 99 emission regulations.
