Real Networks announced Monday the availability of its online gaming service, RealArcade, which was originally planned for an April launch. The service is another move by the company to move traditional media output towards online delivery. However, 3D designers shouldn't need to recompile their work to use the service. There are currently 120 games available through the service, including titles such as Evernight, which are offered exclusively through RealArcade. Pricing for the service varies. Downloadable games have free demonstration versions, and full versions range in price from between £7 to £14. Community-based subscription games are free for the first 30 days and £3 per month thereafter. Web games are offered for free. Beta version 1 of the RealArcade software can be downloaded for free from the RealArcade Web site, http://www.realarcade.com/
