Quark has introduced a new free iPhone and iPod Touch application aimed at designers on the move.

Based around the company's online community iLoveDesign.com, the I Love Design app enables designers to share projects, inspiration and opinions anywhere.

iPhone and iPod touch users can browse, share thoughts on and rate thousands of projects from the iLoveDesign.com website.

According to Quark key features include a news feed to view the latest activity on the site, a gallery to browse and interact with design projects such as 'designs of the week', and access to you iLoveDesign.com account. Quark notes you don’t need to be a member of iLoveDesign.com to use the iPhone app.

Members of the iLoveDesign.com community can upload their artwork, create an online portfolio with their own unique URL, access interviews and video content with designers such as David Carson and Chip Kidd, enter design competitions, and interact with other users in the gallery by commenting on and rating their work.

Available from the Apple iTunes App Store, I Love Design is free and requires the iPhone 2.2.1 Software Update.
