Alongside the usual new product and upgrade announcements, you can expect a plethora of updates for all of the usual Mac suspects to OS X. The majority of these announcements are likely not to include any new features, but will merely allow the applications to run under the new OS with an Aqua-fied interface. However, support for the latest Mac hardware options, such as multi-processor support, is likely to be included in the majority of updates – if not included already. Such updates are likely to be free for registered users of the OS 9 products. So far Dantz Retrospect Backup and Retrospect Client, and SoftPress Freeway have announced OS X versions – and more are expected as the show continues.
