Kodak has unveiled a new redesigned printer dock and two new digital cameras - CX7530, DX7440 and CX7330 - in its EasyShare line.
The DX7440 is a 4 megapixel camera with a 4x optical zoom lens, 22 scene and colour modes, and full manual controls including aperture and shutter priority. The camera features a Color Science image processing chip, a 2.2 inch, 153,000 pixel screen, and 32MB of internal memory, as well as a memory card expansion slot. Video capture is either 320-x-240 pixels at 24fps or 640-x-480 pixels at 13fps.
The CX7530 is a 5Mp model that offers a 3x optical zoom lens, a multi-zone auto-focus system, 9 shooting modes and Pictbridge compatibility. The camera can capture video at 640-x-480 pixels and includes 32Mb of internal memory. The CX7530 has a 1.8 inch, 134,000 pixel LCD screen.
The 3Mp CX7330 has a 3x optical zoom lens, 8 scene and colour modes, 16Mb of internal memory, a 1.6 inch screen and can also capture video.
The new printer dock incorporates Pictbridge technology that makes it compatible with other brands of cameras; its multi-function connector works with EasyShare 600/6000 and 700/7000 series digital cameras. It produces 4-x-6 inch full-size and multi-image picture sheets with its thermal printing system and can transfer pictures to a computer as well as recharge your camera's battery.
The DX7440, CX7530 and CX7330 will be available in June for £255, £213 and £128 plus VAT, respectively. The printer dock will also be available in June for £128 plus VAT.
