Despite the UK’s prominence in computer games industry, there’s still a shortage of developers with the right technical knowledge and experience. In response to a growing demand for specialist skills, the University of Essex has introduced a MSc in Computer Games Engineering - the first in the country to offer a postgraduate level qualification in computer games technology. The aim of the one-year course, which includes a six-month industrial project, is to allow graduates able to make an immediate contribution once employed. Interested applicants should contact the Graduate Secretary, Department of Electronic Systems Engineering, University of Essex.
