Photo hosting and community site Flickr is adding some new services to its Web site, including allowing all users to upload video, allowing HD video upload for Pro members, and launching the Flickr Clock.

Last year, Flickr introduced video allowing Pro members to upload 90-second video clips. Now free members can upload two videos per month, in addition to the 100MB monthly photo upload limit that’s already in place. Pro members can upload HD video captured on models such as Nikon’s D90 and Canon’s EOS 5D Mark II.

The Flickr Clock allows members to share their vision of what’s happening at any given minute around the world, based around the time that videos were captured.
