The first meeting of the UK Adobe InDesign User Group will be held in London on October 16. The Group, which is independently managed and run by the Adobe InDesign community, is designed to bring together end users so they have a forum to share, learn and grow their knowledge of the publishing industry.

For the inaugural meeting, the group welcomes Michael Ninnes, Adobe's InDesign product manager, who will provide the Group with the latest product update and demonstrate extensive InDesign tips and tricks.

The London chapter will run meetings throughout the year and attendance is free. Those interested in joining the User Group should visit the User Group's Web site, where they there will also have access to the InDesign news and online tutorials and demos.

The meeting will take place at 6pm on October 16 at the International Coffee Organisation, 22 Berners Street, London.
