UK design organization the D&AD has begun accepting entries for the D&AD Awards 2005, with creatives from around the world seeking to win one of the coverted Yellow or Black Pencil gongs. The campaign is being spearheaded by a Green Pencil design - the colour of envy - created by Grainger and Wolff.

The 2004 Awards saw over 23,000 entries from 58 countries, with an awards dinner attracting over 1,800 guests. The Awards will be presented on May 25, 2005 in London, and will be previewed from May 5, 2005 at the D&AD Web site, www.dandad.org.

Awards organizers say the awards will feature three new cactegories - taking the total number to 30. The new additions are interactive TV, online advertising, and viral advertising.

The final deadline for entry is February 4, 2005.
