Apple is expected to announce a major upgrade to its Aperture photo workflow software on Monday. The company is hosting an invitation-only event the day before the Photokina photography trade show in Cologne at 4.30pm on September 25, and every indication is that a new version of Aperture will be introduced.
The invitation uses the same close-up shot of a camera lens as Apple's marketing materials for Aperture, which is the company's only product focussed primarily on the photographic market.
