Adobe has released its Flash Media Interactive Server 3.5 software and Flash Media Streaming Server 3.5 software.

The company says that new features in both servers include the use of dynamic streaming to provide end-users with a broadcast-quality, uninterrupted viewing experience using standard video formats such as H.264 encoded in multiple bit rates.

The new releases introduce streaming of encrypted media protected with the Adobe Flash Media Rights Management Server software, an integrated HTTP server for a complete turnkey solution to deliver full media experiences, and support for the delivery of XMP Metadata created using Adobe Production Premium CS4

The Flash Media Interactive Server 3.5 also gains a live Digital Video Recorder (DVR) function that enables pause and seek within a live video stream, and additional plug-in enhancements for improved integration and server management.
