Now in its seventh year, Young Creative Chevrolet is a Europe-wide contest for fashion, photography, video and visual arts students. Every year, competition entrants are set the challenge of responding to a creative brief – 2013's brief has a sporting theme. The UK winners will receive prize money and, at European level, a work experience placement at a cutting-edge company within their chosen discipline. Entries for the contest are closed.

For the first time, Young Creative Chevrolet is also running a series of talks by industry experts, who will share their knowledge and give invaluable advice at select UK universities. Digital Arts is proud to be teaming up with Chevrolet to host a talk with award-winning film producer and director John Dower at Lincoln University on 15 April at 5pm. It will be a chance for students to gain a unique insight into Dower's 14-year career, whose work includes 'Thriller in Manilla' and the recent 'Bradley Wiggins: A year in the yellow'.

We have five tickets to give away for the John Dower talk. To win one of these, simply keep an eye out for our retweet competition on Digital Arts twitter.

See Young Creative Chevrolet for more details.
