SohoCreate Festival, a brand new three-day event designed to inspire creative minds, is set to kick off in London in June, starring a just-announced list of speakers from a wide range of practices, from traditional art to digital design and VFX.
Running from 4 to 6 June, the event will feature talks from some of the UK's leading creatives, who will each share their experiences and expertise from their time working in creative sectors including art, theatre, fashion, VFX, games, film, television and more.
Among the impressive list of speakers that have been announced so far are Sir John Hegarty, co-founder of leading ad agency BBH; experience design company Fitch's chief creative officer, Tim Greenhalgh; VFX producer Michael Elson; co-founder and chief creative officer of The Mill, Pat Joseph; and Paul Franklin, Oscar winning SFX Supervisor at Double Negative.
In addition to those huge names in VFX, advertising and design, a range of jewellery designers including Tatty Devine's Harriet Vine will be delivering sessions, as well as artists including Rob Ryan, and even chocolatier Paul Young.
