A photo of drunk people falling over on New Year’s Eve has been compared to renaissance art already this year. Now figures in renowned Greek paintings are hashtagging, playing Candy Crush and snapping themselves on Instagram.

Pakistan-based creative agency Serial Kolor has edited and renamed masterpieces by the likes of Peter Paul Rubens, so today’s audience can remember how they ‘ought to have been initially seen’. And have a laugh.
