2. Why should I register with Digital Arts Online?
Registering with Digital Arts Online will allow you to post on our forums. You can also subscribe to eDigit, our twice-weekly email newsletter, while registering.
3. How do I get access to all the articles?
In order to get access to the premium content on the web site, you must be a magazine or online subscriber. Becoming an online subscriber is a simple process and you will have an immense archive of material at your finger tips, from the magazine and web exclusives.
4. I am a magazine subscriber. How do I register?
The first thing you need to do is find out your subscriber number. This appears on the wrapping that you receive your magazine in. Then go to the register form and enter your personal details and the subscriber number. Hey presto, you've access to all the online content!
5. I am a subscriber. When I try to register I am told "The subscriber number you entered does not appear to be valid" but it is! Why is this?
There are several reasons this may be the case. A common problem is that the surname entered on the form does not match the surname you gave when subscribing (this is confirmed along with the subscription number). To check the surname you gave, see the subscriptions contacts in the further help section.
6. I tried to register but my email address is already in use. Why is this?
We require that each email address given to register is unique. If your email address is in use already, it's probably because you used the email address to register previously. If you've forgotten your password for this account, you can get a password reminder.
7. I’ve registered but can’t log on. What should I do?
If you've forgotten your password for this account, you can get a password reminder. If you're sure the account details you've given are correct, please check that your browser will accept cookies. Otherwise, contact the Digital Arts Webmaster.
